Meet Nicky, the dynamic and amazingly talented owner of Hair La Natural, with a wealth of experience spanning decades in the hairdressing industry. Throughout her 16 years of owning Hair La Natural, Nicky has nurtured countless talented stylists, whilst fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, shaping our exceptional team today. Nicky trained in Brisbane, Melbourne and has also travelled to many of Sydney’s Hair Expos, and 3 Las Vegas hair Expo’s to keep up with the latest styles and techniques. With fine, long and/or curly hair being her favourite, she enjoys creating that new look for you, a style cut and colour with a twist of something unique. Nicky is our Curl QUEEN, completing her Clever Curl Master Certificate in August 2021. She is up to date with the curly girl method and all thing’s curly! After having naturally curly hair her whole life she is an expert at cutting and styling even the hardest to manage curls. Nicky completed her apprenticeship in the era of perms, so she can perm, set and curl even the straightest hair. Fleur joined the salon in early 2023. She completed her training in 2001 here in Australia before returning to New Zealand, where she continued to work as a senior stylist and started her beautiful family. Fleur returned to the Gold Coast in 2023 and joined the Hair La Natural team, bringing over 20 years experience, so she is a great all round hairdresser! Fleur loves to cut! Big style cuts are one of her favourite things to do in the salon. From pixie cuts, concave bobs, wolf cuts, razor cuts to long layers, Fleur is your girl! With so many years in the industry Fleur is also amazing at, and enjoys vertical perming, long hair spiral perms, body waves, beach waves, natural looking curls, and also super springy curls. Yasmin is one of our amazing Senior stylists, completing her apprenticeship under the watchful eyes of Nicky. Yas is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and always goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. With her friendly nature, Yasmin creates a comfortable and enjoyable salon experience for everyone she works with. Yasmin's expertise in weft extensions allows her to transform clients' hair by adding length and volume. There isn’t much Ash cannot create or fix in the hairdressing industry. Ashleigh was trained in Coffs Harbour and has been in the industry for over 15 years now. Ash has attended numerous hair expo’s and training’s and loves to learn the latest trends in the industry, always keeping up to date and fresh with her training. Lily is one of our newest graduate senior stylists at Hair La Natural. Lily has been with the team since early 2021, and completed her apprenticeship here in 2023 under the tutelage of owner Nicky. Lily is known within the salon for her sweet, bubbly personality and incredible head massages. Lily's skills, love and natural flair for hairdressing are apparent in everything she does. Sarah is our amazing salon coordinator and Receptionist. She is the first face you will see when you walk in, with a smile and a chat! Sarah will be on the other end of the phone to help you to book your appointment and find the best stylist for your hair needs.

Ella is a sweet and ambitious new addition to the Hair La Natural family, and has just begun her apprenticeship. With a passion for creating beautiful hairstyles and a keen eye for detail, we're excited to see her skills develop and flourish under the guidance of our experienced team. In her spare time, she loves dancing, shopping, and hanging out with her friends and family, which gives her a fresh and youthful perspective that we're sure our clients will love. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm are already making her a hit with our regulars, and we're confident that she'll quickly become a favourite among our clients. As Ella continues her training, she'll be working closely with our senior stylists to learn the latest techniques and trends in hair design. She'll be assisting with appointments, observing consultations, and practicing her skills on models - all under the watchful eye of our expert team. Trinny is a Vietnamese born British citizen, who works independently at Omni Nails and Beauty in the heart of Hair La Natural. She used to live, study and work in the UK where she completed her training and education for the past 20 years. Trinny currently holds a BA (Hons), MA and Cambridge Teaching qualifications, and is an Award in Education and Training (AET), a qualified nail technician and beauty therapist with 17 years of experience in the industry. Trinny has successfully embarked her journey as an independent nail technician, beauty therapist and trainer and joined the Hair La Natural Family in Christmas 2022. Trinny is also a motivated Cambridge CELTA English teacher and vocational skills trainer who is committed to providing high quality standards of nail care and well-being of customers. She is passionate about giving customers the best possible nail care treatments with the primary aim of enhancing customers’ life style and confidence. Trinny is committed to great customer service, dedicated to remaining up to date with the latest nail technologies, trends, designs, and also engages in continuous learning to broaden her knowledge and experience by attending numerous of nail and beauty expo in London and Sydney. She successfully trained many students from Romania, Poland, Scotland, London, Finland, Germany and Vietnam to become qualified nail technicians and contributed to the lives of other trainee nail technicians to improve their skills and techniques to teach their students at Beauty Academies in the UK.
